Claims Portal - Cant print the CNF draft

Please double check the below information against your claim and if you are still experiencing issues please provide the claim ID for further investigation.

Whilst on EL/PL claims the Compensator details and defendants address are not mandatory to print a Draft CNF, if any information has been entered into any of these fields the standard validation rules then apply.

Please carefully check each CNF and ensure that either the Defendants address has been fully completed with a house number or name or that all the defendant address fields are empty. The same applies for the Insurer/Compensator fields, the information must either be complete and correct or the fields must be left empty.

Once any changes have been made, you will need to Print the Draft CNF again using the claim action button at the foot of the page to update the Printable Documents.
