Locked out of my account as it has not been used for a while. I am the Administrator, and I need to set up a new user.
Questions to ask:
Please provide me with the User ID that is locked so that I may review the account.
Look on the Portal https://www.rapidclaimsettlement.org.uk/web/portal/claims/index.html
User your username to login and authenticate using your code sent to your email.
Once you have reviewed the users account user your credentials, if they have another administrator advisor the caller to go to their other administrator - example below:
If the Company does not have a separate administrator send to ticket by forward to claimsportal@mib.org.uk
