Claims Portal - Standard Response for reset expiry

As your account has expired you will be unable to access the portal until Claims Portal change the date. Please see link below and fill out reset admin expiry date webform;

https://www.claimsportal.org.uk/administrator/managing-the-account/changes-you-have-to-request/

Please select within the options your 'user type', then 'No' for A2A and 'Yes' for the administrator option, lastly please select ' Reset Administrator's expiry date' and click next to start the process
