Claims Portal - can I change the defendants name

The Defendant's insurer has contacted me and asked to change the Defendant's name to the correct name on the claims portal however it is locked. Could you please unlock it to allow me to change the name.

Unfortunately as the claim has already been submitted we are unable to edit the information, I recommend speaking to the compensator to reject the claim and then you will need to submit a new claim with the correct information/name.
